delivery policies

Home & Patio will deliver your new outdoor furniture for a specified delivery fee contingent on your order and deliver location. Delivery is available to locations up to 40 miles from our warehouse located at 1047 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78209.

Our delivery team will deliver your order White Glove, fully assembled. Your order is pre-assembled at our store and delivered blanket wrapped. No trash or packaging is brought to your home. We will set-up your furniture in your desired location.

Because your time is valuable, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however our deliveries are scheduled by zip-code which makes specific times difficult to honor. We will provide a 3 hour window for your delivery, and a courtesy call or text before heading to your home.

Also, please let us know if your residence has any of the following conditions so we can ensure we schedule the proper amount of time and resources to deliver your furniture right the first time:

Addresses not searchable by GPS or Mapping Apps.
Gated or Guarded Communities (Please ensure we are added to guest or entry lists in advance of a delivery)
Gate Codes / Locked Gates
Interior Access Only to the Patio
Long Distances between truck access points and patio area.
Narrow Entry Ways
Low Hanging Trees (Our trucks are 13’ tall)
2nd Floor or Higher (Balconies)
Stairs and/or Elevators
Reasonable Access for size and scale of your items (Verifying Measurements)

Cantilever or Other Heavy Umbrella Bases – Please be courteous about the placement of your umbrella bases. Our team will do their best to accommodate moving a base after it is assembled, however some bases are over 500lbs once assembled in place.

Please make sure your space is free and clear to accept your new furniture. Do not ask our staff to move or haul away old furniture. Due to liability reasons we cannot. If you need to dispose of old furniture pieces, we suggest you call Habitat for Humanity or similar charitable organization for haul off.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Home & Patio will deliver Rain or Shine. We reserve the right to postpone due to severe weather conditions and the safety of our staff. If you choose to postpone your delivery due to weather, please do so 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, please do so 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 2nd delivery fee. Our trucks are loaded the day before and in order of route.

SECONDARY DELIVERIES
If you choose to receive a partial order and request a special order to be delivered at a second date, a secondary delivery fee will be applied.

RETURNS & RE-STOCKING
AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, If you decide to return or cancel any part of your entire order, then your order is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. If any or all items are returned after delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to the return. Items must be unused and in good re-sellable condition. Items returned will need to picked up & received in the same manor they were delivered. An additional delivery / pick-up fee of same or greater value will be applied. After 24 hours all delivered sales are considered final.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. We thoroughly inspect all items loaded onto our trucks before delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours, or we will assume the order was received in perfect condition.
