RETURNS OF "OVER THE COUNTER ITEMS"

IE: In Stock Pillows, Rugs, Umbrellas, Fireplace products etc.

Returns on In Stock items must be made within TEN (10) Days for a refund. After TEN (10) Days all sales are final. Items must be returned in like new, saleable condition. Items showing signs of use or exposure to the elements may be refused. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% Re-Stocking fee at our discretion

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, EXHANGES OR REFUNDS.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We offer a variety of outdoor products for custom order to meet your specific needs. All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit. While we do our best to communicate projected lead times, these times can vary due to a variety of factors. While we will work hard to ensure your special-order products arrive as quickly as possible, please be aware some orders may require additional production time due to circumstances outside of our control. In the event an order is delayed beyond the original estimated lead-time, we will do our best to provide updates and information about the order as we receive it from the manufacturer.

Special Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and cannot be cancelled 3 days after purchase date. NON-RETURNABLE, OR REFUNDABLE AFTER THREE (3) DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

Customer pick-ups are made at our Loop 410 Warehouse location. You must give a 24 hour notice before picking-up to make sure we can have adequate time to prepare your order. Please call the store you made your purchase at to coordinate.

Our team will gladly assist in loading your items into your vehicle however we can assume NO LIABILITY in the event of damage to your merchandise or vehicle while loading or in transit.

Home & Patio relieves itself of any and all responsibility concerning damage caused by abuse or mishandling upon acceptance by the customer. However we reserve the right to refuse to load merchandise that could result in injury or property damage.

The customer is responsible for making sure all loads are secure. Home & Patio is not responsible for damage or loss cause to merchandise or vehicle(s) during loading or transport.

We will not secure merchandise in/on your vehicle. Please bring your own blankets, tie downs and rope.

RETURNS & RE-STOCKING

AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, If you decide to return or cancel any part of your entire order, then your order is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, less the original delivery fee. If any or all items are returned after delivery, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to the return. Items must be unused and in like new re-sellable condition. Items returned will need to picked up & received in the same manor they were delivered. An additional delivery / pick-up fee of same or greater value will be applied. After 48 hours all delivered sales are considered final.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. We thoroughly inspect all items loaded onto our trucks before delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours, or we will assume the order was received in perfect condition.

WARRANTY

All warranties are offered by our manufacturers. All claims must be accompanied by this original sales receipt. Your original sales receipt from Home & Patio is required to process any and all claims with Manufacturers. Additionally please provide any and all photos requested if not already submitted.

Warranty Claims must be submitted with this Original Sales Receipt & Photos to; warranty@homeandpatio.com

NOTE: Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements and policies. We will handle these details for you and file the claim with the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer has a different procedure. As we receive updates from the factory about your claim, we will provide updates to you. As our customer, we will be your advocate with the factory and do our very best to take care of your issue in the most beneficial way to you. However, be aware that manufacturers decisions are binding and final in all warranty claims. Also, please note that after one year from the date of purchase the customer may be liable for any freight and delivery charges. Labor or Repair charges are also not covered after one year of purchase. We will work with you to minimize the freight charges and local delivery charges if needed.
