Long term storage

Home & Patio understands at times a customer needs to delay delivery of their outdoor furniture. We will gladly hold your furniture in our warehouse hold area for up to 30 days (1 MONTH) once your order is complete and ready for delivery.

We also understand that at times there can be unforeseen circumstances beyond the customers control that require and extended period of storage. We are able to assist with long term storage by holding your furniture for up to a total of 6 months. This ensures you have the products you need when you are ready for it while locking in current inventory at current pricing on your purchase.

PAYMENT
In order to take advantage of our storage services, your order must be paid in full after the 30 days, or if merchandise is special ordered, when the order has arrived and complete at our warehouse. It must be paid in full. For orders that are from our stock inventory and also special order, a 50% deposit will be required and balance due when the order is complete.

cancellation penalty
If you decide to cancel your entire order OR an overwhelming majority of the order, then your order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 30 days will be subject to a Re-Stocking fee.

Unforeseen delays
If there are unforeseen delays to your project beyond the 6 month timeframe, we will contact you to make arrangements to deliver your order to your designated location. We want to ensure your merchandise remains in good condition and minimize damage by moving it multiple times.
